As a Leadership Coach & Trainer, with 25+ years' experience leading and managing teams & processes. I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations to grow and improve their own leadership abilities as well as increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
Within the corporate sector my leadership experience includes managing staff and leading development projects covering the design and implementation of multiple processes and system upgrades across multiple sites.
Within the not-for-profit sector I have led multiple volunteer teams ranging from five to 20+ members for several charities with a mentoring and development focus.
